Send free text messages to UK mobile phones using Boltblue

Boltblue is a ringtones subscription service offering free sms. Get up to 90 free sms per week, plus free downloads when you register at Boltblue. I have not actually used this service but it has been around for a while.

It should be noted that the Boltblue Club is a weekly subscription service with an introductory first download or SMS allowance free when you join for £4.50 per week until you send STOP to 85233. That might be a good definition of free for you or it might not.

Pros: Free SMS site, up to 90 free sms per week, ringtones too

Cons: Subscription service, £4.50 per week, registration required.
