Another month, another great free way to send free text messages in the UK. iFreeSMS.co.uk lets you send fast free sms text messages to UK mobile phones, AND there's no need to register either.

Site is a bit clumsy, with a separate shoutbox interface that allows you to talk to other ifreesms site visitors.

But most visitors will want to send free sms text messages - and the form to send your texts is near the bottom of the page surrounded by ads (free sms services like ifreesms are funded by these ads, and have to be so really).

Pros: Fast free sms UK; no need to register; 500 characters; full range of UK mobile networks supported

Cons: Lots of ads, and have to scroll down to send your free sms text messages (distracting shoutbox feature); no replies; no delivery confirmation
